Talk Too Me Disclaimer for Purchases

All Rate Files are set to dial local coin calls by out-pulsing 7 digits only and long distance coin calls as 1+10 digits. However, regardless of this statement…in all circumstances, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and/or Payphone Service Provider (PSP) to verify that the correct dialing patterns, whether local or long distance, coin or non-coin using NPAs and/or NXXs are set-up correctly. Talk Too Me makes absolutely no guarantee for the accuracy of any Rate Center file(s), nor the correct dialing pattern(s) of any Local Telephone Company at any time. This responsibility is the exclusive responsibility of the Payphone Service Provider and/or purchaser. Payphone Service Provider agrees to hold Talk Too Me harmless at all times and under all circumstances, including all instances whereby, Talk Too Me programmed the Payphone Service Provider’s payphone. However, regardless of this example…it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify the correct dialing patterns, NPAs and NXXs are set-up correctly. Under no circumstance will Talk Too Me, LLC. reimburse purchaser or PSP, etc. for any lost revenues, lost calls, lost business, etc. at any time. Nor shall purchaser or PSP request Talk Too Me or any of Talk Too Me Service Providers, affiliates or other Talk Too Me respective representatives, agents, distributors, etc. to make any reimbursement at any time now or in the future. It is important for purchaser and/or PSP to ensure the correct coin call dialing patterns. Dialing patterns can be 7 digits, 1+7 digits(1+7 digit number), 10 digits (area code and 7 digit number) or 1+10 digits (1+Area Code+ 7 digit number). For example: A payphone number 941.308.8255 located in Sarasota, Florida must dial 7 digits (3088255) to complete a local call. The local Telephone Company for Sarasota, Florida requires all local calls to be dialed as 7 digits only. Therefore, the Rate File 941308 for Sarasota, Florida is assumed OK to use as purchased, because the local telephone company for Sarasota, Florida requires 7 digit local calling and that is the way the files are designed. Regardless, it is still the responsibility of the purchaser and/or PSP to verify the workmanship and accuracy of every Rate File. A payphone number 301.308.8255 located in Baltimore, MD must dial 1+ 10 digits (13013088255). Many payphone manufacturers provide a programming option for the calling pattern to be dialed exactly as the end user dials the number or as the rate file is set-up. We recommend that all payphones be programmed to dial out the end user’s dialed number exactly as the end user dials the number. By following this recommendation, if the caller receives a message that the number must be dialed 1+10 digits after the end user initially dialed only 7 digits, then the end user can simply re-dial the number as 1+10 digits. If you need further examples, please call Talk Too Me’s Technical support during normal business hours.
